Scatterdex provides casino lobby distribution intelligence for business research. It does not provide gambling advice, wagering services, or player outcome predictions.

Pro subscriptions unlock dashboard features while the subscription is active. Canceled subscriptions retain access until the paid period ends unless access is revoked by the payment provider.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Pro is a monthly subscription billed in euros. Payments are processed by Polar, acting as merchant of record. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked on your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. No further action is needed.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; cancel to stop future charges instead. Billing mistakes such as duplicate charges are always refunded. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method by Polar. Questions about a charge: contact@scatterdex.com.

You may use exports and analysis internally, but you may not resell, republish, scrape, or mirror the dataset as a competing product.

Service availability depends on third-party infrastructure including hosting, database, payment, and AI model providers. Contact contact@scatterdex.com for billing or account support.
